Step 3. If application is approved, you will receive confirmation from the Director Mrs. Bixler and a student/ parent and Teacher interview will be scheduled to allow the opportunity for the child and teacher to get acquainted with each other and for parents to communicate any questions or provide information about their child that will allow the teacher to better facilitate his/her needs. Enrollment packet will also need to be complete. All forms are listed here. Please request a copy of the child's immunization record from their physician to include in their file along with the physician report that will need to be filled out by their doctor. ALL information will need to be completed BEFORE the child can start at SSUP.
Step 4. Schedule a Contract signing and confirm your child's start date.
